I wanted replacement glass lenses for my 30 year old titanium frames. Local optician said it would take several months and they wouldn't guarantee anything. LensDirect sent me my new lenses two weeks after I ordered them. They are perfect. The prescription is perfect. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. It would have been nice if the frames had been cleaned before the lenses were put it, but with my wife's toothbrush and some soap, I got them pretty clean. I hope she doesn't read this. So far I am 100% satisfied with my experience with LensDirect and am so glad I went with them.

made my lenses incorrectly. recut them again and got them wrong. They would not remediate the issue, nor refund per their 30 day policy. Very unhappy. Tried calling them to discuss and three times the line dropped in the middle of the call...hmmm...seems like a strategy. Run away...don't walk.

I have been a customer of Lensdirect for a couple of years now, back on 2021 I placed an order where there was a mistake and I have over paid around $120, I was told that I can use that money for another order so I left it there with no problem.
This week I tried to place another order and they told me that they cannot fullfill it , so I asked for my balance back (of money that I had overpaid for a mistake in the order ) and they told me that they will not refund me and they do not use the balance for a new prescription with the frames I have, only if I buy the frames with them

I had transition lens from them. Lens color dont really go dark. They use lower end china lens factory products. At their price point, i think they should use at lease korean lens.

Ordered lens replacement for 3 frames - 2 eye glasses & 1 prescription sunglasses. 1 regular & the sunglasses were fine - returned quickly & are great. The 2nd pair of glasses arrived with only 1 lens in them, so I had to send back. No apology, no concern from the CS. Got them back about a week later & now the prescription is off. Sat on hold with CS for over 25 mins & finally just gave up. I've disputed the charge instead. Will never use this company again. Much easier to just use local doctor.

High quality lens replacement. Excellent value. Precision work. About 2 weeks from order to receipt of high index progressive lenses; added the FedEx delivery option. Metro NYC business lives up to the high standards New Yorkers expect. Nice work!
